My knowledge of Seattle’s homes and condominiums goes back to 1976, when I started one of Seattle’s first professional home cleaning businesses. The skills I learned as a small business owner are the same skills I utilitize today as a Realtor®.

Finding the right home for Buyers and helping Sellers market and sell their property are my main objectives. However, equally important are the other services I provide my clients, including:
- Negotiating a Purchase and Sales Agreement which secures the best price & protects my client’s interests.
- Ensuring that all contract contingencies are satisfied in a timely manner.
- Co-coordinating the completion of all negotiated work orders.
- Keeping my clients informed and updated on the status of their transaction.
- Working closely with all the principals to ensure the transaction closes on time!
